Restorative Yoga is the centering of your breath and body by practicing stillness and gentle movements for extended periods of time. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks allows the body to settle, the muscles to relax and open in a gentle way.
Gentle Hatha is very gentle in its approach and therefore is not as strenuous as some of our other yoga classes. Performance of poses are done at a lower and slower pace.
Tennis Yoga is geared toward a tennis player's dominant muscle groups and injury prevention while incorporating shoulder openers, forearm and rotator work. Tennis Yoga aims to maintain muscular symmetry, improve balance, flexibility, range of motion, core and leg strength, coordination and stamina.
This class involves movements on the mat using the breath which focus on developing core, flexibility & stamina. Come engage the deep muscles of the core to soothing music!
SCULPT WITH BELLS
This workout incorporates a strength training, muscle conditioning, and aerobic endurance all in one. Grab a bell and try this class!

This workout is a combination of exercises for the glutes and abs, all in a half hour.
