DAVINCI BODYBOARD HIIT
A 45-minute Interval Training with the use of resistance bands with a combination of cardio, strength and core. These workouts are designed to challenge several muscle groups all at once. Plus you have NO CHOICE in using your core for each and every exercise because of the design of the DaVinci Body Board! A great workout!
DAVINCI TURBO: Cardio is done on the DaVinci Board and stations are set up around the room (kettle bells, weights, sandbells, bosu, abs) where you complete each station for one minute and then move on to the next one.
DAVINCI TABATA: Tabata Interval training done on the DaVinci Board which is 8 rounds of exercises in a specific 20 sec on and 10 sec off interval.
DAVINCI TABATA TURBO: Is a combo of both classes. The cardio is done on the DaVinci Board Tabata style with the 1 minute stations.
A method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath.
Restorative Yoga is the centering of your breath and body by practicing stillness and gentle movements for extended periods of time. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks allows the body to settle, the muscles to relax and open in a gentle way.
Gentle Hatha is very gentle in its approach and therefore is not as strenuous as some of our other yoga classes. Performance of poses are done at a lower and slower pace.
This class involves movements on the mat using the breath which focus on developing core, flexibility & stamina. Come engage the deep muscles of the core to soothing music!
In this class, we combine pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.
SCULPT WITH BELLS
This workout incorporates a strength training, muscle conditioning, and aerobic endurance all in one. Grab a bell and try this class!
This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of group intervals of cardio and strength training.
Zumba is a high-energy aerobic fitness class featuring various dance moves combined with energizing music.
