DEB WERTHEIM, LifeFit Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with a passion for health, wellness, and healing. My journey into physical fitness began at a young age as a competitive gymnast and evolved into triathlons. I love being in nature. I especially enjoy surfing, paddleboarding, snowboarding and hiking with my family and our dog.

I believe physical fitness, a healthy lifestyle and yoga are an on-going journey and a form of self-expression. I focus specifically on the mind-body connection and balance within our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves. A crucial part of my teaching includes leading a safe and supportive fitness program and yoga practice while also encouraging personal growth.

My ultimate goal is to gather with community members to practice healthy living both in the gym and out, dive deeper into how we can live our best lives, and discover ways to take our practice into the community.

I have certifications through Always-At-Aum (200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training), United We Om in trauma-based yoga, Academy of Surfing Instructor (ASI), group fitness trained in Pound® Fitness and Board 30. Additionally, I have CPR, AED, First Aid training through American Red Cross, Seizure Recognition and Seizure First Aid Certification through EPIC Long Island.

I am a happily married Mom of 4 with a dog, 2 cats and a brood of chickens.

WYLIE HUNT, Master Yoga Instructor

Wylie received her 200-hour certification from The Hard and The Soft Yoga Institute, with Beryl Bender Birch in 2014. She has studied with Mayuri Gonzalez, Little Flower Yoga, to teach yoga and mindfulness to children and youth, and has completed Mindful Yoga Therapy Training for Teachers, with Suzanne Manafort. Wylie has recently completed her Vinyasa 300-hour teacher training with Rolf Gates. Her classes offer a safe and accessible yoga practice to nourish the mind, body and spirit, including breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. Ideally, yoga will help to increase energy, and flexibility, relieve tension and stress, and increase self-awareness and inner peace.

ERIN SEEL, Life Coach

Several years ago I noticed a need for a new kind of leadership and support. I knew that the coach approach to working with people would change my life and could change the world in really important ways. I completed my advanced coach training with ICF Accredited Coach U and became a Certified Consultant with Highlands Company to administer the Highlands Ability Battery. This one-of-a-kind assessment helps people discover their natural abilities and improve their quality of life by saving time, effort and energy.

I specialize in organization, systems, and building strong personal foundations for living your best life. My unique coaching style is warm and steady. I like to make challenges fun and purposeful. My gifts include cultivating excitement and belief (or holding your beliefs until you’re ready to hold them on your own) and making complex topics easy to understand.

As someone who has experienced major loss and life transitions, I love to hold space for those who are navigating daily life alongside these realities. Coaching is never a substitute for therapy, but it can be a powerful tool when paired with other methods of healing. During my most challenging moments, coaching brought me enough hope, strength and clarity to keep moving forward.

If you’re coaching-curious or really looking for support, I’d love to meet you!
