Private Yoga Sessions

Whether you're looking for a stronger core, alleviated back pain, flexibility, stress reduction, or elevation of your practice as a whole, our private in-person yoga sessions are for you! They will be curated for your specific goals and may incorporate various types of yoga such as:

VINYASA FLOW
A method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga is very gentle in its approach and therefore not as strenuous as some of our other yoga methods. Performance of poses are done at a lower and slower pace. 


RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is the centering of your breath and body by practicing stillness and gentle movements for extended periods of time.  Using props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, allows the body to settle, the muscles to relax and open in a gentle way.
