Our Yoga Classes

The physical benefits of yoga are often the primary reason people start to learn and practice. The benefits of a consistent yoga practice can include improved flexibility, stress reduction, weight loss, increased energy and sounder sleep. Athletic performance can be enhanced with fewer injuries, improved focus and better balance and strength. In addition to the emphasis on the physical practice, the true essence of yoga gives us a path to connect with our inner selves and take these benefits off the mat and into our daily lives.
